At the beginning of every page, state:

• Author: Your name or a consistent pseudonym. The wiki owners must be able to identify you.

• Confidence: How confident you are that the information is correct. Use these 3 labels
  (Evidence, Experience, or Hearsay)

Best practice

Start with a short introduction summarising the main point of the page. Keep the rest clear, structured, and easy to read.
